So.... we found out last week that Coleman is going to be getting laid off from his job. The county is doing budget cuts, and he's one of the most recently hired few that will be getting cut. It's really weird but i haven't been afraid at all. I know everything is going to be okay. Okay, the unkown makes me kind of scared, but I just feel like we are being lead to something else... For once we have money in the bank, so it really is the best time for something like this to happen... :) He has a lot of options too, with the military, or maybe wildland fire this summer... which i am not thrilled about, considering we are supposed to have a baby this year... But we'll do what we gotta do! He is also considering private contracting in Iraq, as a fire fighter. they pay REALLY well... but he would have to go to Iraq! he would live on base though, and it's mostly just busy work, with an occasional fire. He takes the test for the IF fire department this Thursday... so pray for him! we are going to need it! :)

I don't know... just have a lot on my mind... with the baby and the insurance... that part really sucks. We were being so reponsible! or so i thought.

oh Ashley, I'm so sorry. That is so hard. Obviously you have the right attitude though. Satan wants us to fear, but it will be okay! It is so good that your hubby has the education and qualifications to get something else. I will pray for you guys that this doesn't last long!

I'm so sorry, our prayers will be with you and your family. Your such a strong woman with being able to have Coleman gone and everything, things will work out and maybe some blessing will come from this trying time.

I'm so sorry to hear that, what alot to be worried about all at once! Sounds like you are being very strong and having a great attitude. I totally commend you for that. You'll do fine, as long as you are doing as you are supposed to, which it sounds like you are! I have alot of respect for women with husbands in the military or ones that could go because my sister is in that situation, and she, like you, is very strong and handles it well. Good Luck, we'll keep you in our prayers! :)
